上午我代班級的班主任沒來，下午課前我自己去找了。在1班教室門口，我跟班主任簡單介紹了下，她就說那也跟同學們見見吧，我有些矜持走了進去，同學們之前應有所耳聞，給了我很熱烈的掌聲，問我姓什么教什么，看著下面期待好奇的那些臉龐我笑著一一答復。開場有些活躍我之前準備的幾句漂亮的臺詞都沒用上，還是自然些好呢!這樣更真實也更容易接近。今天不是正式上課今天是開學第一天。明天開始正式上課，今天就是先熟悉一下學校環境和老師和同學。然后去了，初中辦公室，我們都一起聊了聊。有兩位老師都中年人看樣子很有經驗的樣子，又是一陣竊喜，這樣我能學到很多寶貴經驗了，他們對我很熱心。我主動找班主任要了份學生名單，手抄了份，這樣先對名字有個大概印象再對號入座會更容易些。很佩服我的日語老師了，給我們教了兩三天就都能叫出我們全班的名字很是厲害。就這樣今天就回家，準備明天上戰場。

周老師工作做得很細，每項學習安排都有一張對應的表格。聽寫、背誦、考試成績都有相對應的表格，詳細地記錄了學生的分數和完成情況并根據這些表格及時指導學生改正、提高。

每天的第八節課后放學時間是學生們最激動地時刻，都迫不及待的想回家，教室亂哄哄，周老師總會來到教室提醒學生各科作業，安排好值日最后放
